Nope, and it never will! One of the reasons this country is swimming in 16 trillion dollars in debt. $50,000+ to house, clothe and feed each inmate annually. Do the math, it's ugly. And you've got to realize that the vast majority of federal inmates are non-violent and thus, not deserving of the draconian sentences being handed down. 240 months seems to be the norm.
