As of draw 1454 (Sat 28 Nov 2009) no UK lottery result has exactly repeated. Statistically on a Lottery of this type which draws 6 balls numbered 1 to 49 as main balls the probability of at least one repeat of the 6 main balls in a result reaches 50% after 4404 draws. The probability rises , the more results there are out already to compare with. It will be many years before we reach draw 4404 but After 2500 draws the probability of a repeat will be 20%.
We can expect that there will be an identical main ball result at any time, but at 104 draws per year this may not be for another 20 years or so.
The possibility of a repeated 5 plus bonus ball result is much more likely such that the probability of at least one repeat combination reaches 50% after only 1798 draws. In fact it has already happened as follows:-
Combination 15-16-18-28-36-49 which was a five plus bonus ball prize first drawn in draw 674 on Sat 8 June 2002 repeated in draw 708 on 5 Oct 2002 also as 5 plus bonus ball prize.
Combination 5-8-16-22-31-39 draw number 442 drawn 18 March 2000 was a 5 plus bonus prize which repeated on draw 826 on 22 Nov 2003 also as a 5 plus bonus ball prize.
An actual main ball result :-
1-7-22-25-31-47 drawn in draw 175 Wed 27 Aug 1997 was also drawn again this time as a 5 plus bonus ball prize in draw 709 on wed 9 Oct 2002.

six number
take a guess.....
Lacking any unmentioned specific limitations in the rather vague question; Yes, eventually. Even in a 'random' string of numbers, any six consecutive numbers will eventually occur again, assuming the string of numbers is sufficiently long (such as in the digits of pi). Another example: Six dice, each one with its 6 surfaces numbered 1 to 6, when thrown will give six numbers facing upwards. That same combination (or sequence) of six numbers will eventually appear again if the 6 dice are thrown a sufficient number of times.
The prize for matching four of six numbers on the Hoosier Lotto is not a fixed amount. It is what is called a "pari-mutuel" prize. The meaning of this, taken from hoosierlottery, is: "Pari-mutuel is a prize that is calculated by splitting among the winning tickets for that prize either a fixed prize amount or a prize pool that is dependent on the amount of wagers made."
