The seven seals in the book of Revelation are "parable symbols" that represent global events for which the "servants of God" should be looking, to discern the time of the Lord's return to earth with the Kingdom of God.

"The Revelation of Jesus Christ... to shew unto His servants things which must shortly come to pass... for the time is at hand." (Rev.1:1-3)

They fall in chronological, yet overlapping, order to each other.

The first four are the famous "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse [Revelation]," which are the common everyday global conditions extant in the world since man's creation -- false religion, wars, famines, pestilences and diseases-- all of which, in this order, directly or indirectly" has caused the next to occur" throughout history.

Most, if not all wars throughout history are the direct or indirect result of "religious differences." The present global terror and ongoing global war by Islam is an example. And the death and destruction of wars result in famine and disease.

At the present time... these are the only four of the "seven seals" that are opened... and they are steadily increasing in intensity and severity around the world toward the advent of the "fifth seal": the Great Tribulation.

The world is headed into a radical change from its present society. Men call it "global governance." In reality, it's the same old thing men have been attempting since the "tower of Babel, the Babylonian Empire, the Persian Empire, the Grecian Empire and the Roman Empire"... the combined customs, traditions and basic governmental structure of which the modern nations still operate. The world is headed into the prophesied time of man's "final attempt" at "one-world government."

The Great Tribulation -- seal five.

"Seal six" is a series of "heavenly signs" that shall cut the Great Tribulation short to prevent the events ahead of us from ending all life on earth.

"Immediately after the Tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: and THEN SHALL APPEAR THE SIGN OF THE SON OF MAN IN HEAVEN..." (Matt.24:29-30).

This is the "Day of the Lord" -- SEAL SEVEN -- THE RETURN OF JESUS CHRIST TO EARTH WITH THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

Jesus' return [seal seven] will be opened AFTER SEALS FIVE AND SIX... the Great Tribulation and the Heavenly Signs of the global darkening of the earth... which will be subsequently illuminated again by the "sun-like brilliance of His coming."

"...then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming: even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders..." Men, ignorant of Bible prophecy, are looking for "THE Antichrist"... supposedly the coming leader of the world during the Great Tribulation. But, The Bible prophesys of "the Beast and the False Prophet" -- not "the Antichrist."

It's these two future leaders of the coming "global governance" whom Christ shall cast into "Gehenna Valley," which will be burning and smoking all during His thousand year rule.

"...the Beast was taken, and with him the False Prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the Beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a Lake of Fire burning with brimstone." (Rev.19:20)

"Thy sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory." (Isa.60:19)

The world doesn't yet know who will rule the world during the Great Tribulation -- seal five.

The heavenly signs -- seal six -- hasn't happened yet to cut short seal five.

Therefore... seal seven [the return of Jesus Christ] will not occur until the world first sees the Great Tribulation [Satan's wrath upon God's saints] and the darkening of the earth by the heavenly signs cutting that time of the global persecution of God's saints short.

It is Jesus who has qualified to "open the seven seals of the scroll" in the book of Revelation:

"...Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, or in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

"And one of the elders saith unto me, 'Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof..."

Jesus has stripped away [opened] the seals of the book to the understanding of His servants, so that they may KNOW WHAT GLOBAL EVENTS TO LOOK FOR IN THE FUTURE, and know when the time is at hand for Christ's return.

The first four seals [the famous four horsemen of the Apocalypse] have been in constant fulfillment since man first sinned, and shall remain so until Christ returns. False religions, wars, famines and diseases are "NORMAL, daily life on planet earth!" And it's these horrifying things that commonly occur around the world that shall eventually increase and build in severity with more and more deadly results, that shall lead to the fulfillment of the "5th SEAL" [the Great Tribulation; unprecedented global distress and global persecution of God's True church, that shall potentially end all life on planet earth]:

"For then shall be Great Tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be [again]. And except those days should be shortened, THERE SHOULD NO FLESH BE SAVED: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." (Matt.24:21-22 KJV)

The "6th SEAL" reveals the "heavenly signs" God's servants should look for that will "shorten, or cut short, the Great Tribulation -- the darkening of the sun and moon, the shaking of the heavens, etc. Read the description of the 6th Seal in Revelation 6, that follows on the heels of Seal 5, the Great Tribulation... and compare it with Jesus plain explanation of it in Matthew 24:29:

"Immediately after the Tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars of heaven shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. So, the 6th Seal has been "opened" by Jesus Christ to the understanding of His servants... but not yet fulfilled.

Only the first four seals have been in constant fulfillment on earth for centuries. It's these global occurrences: false religion, war, famine and disease that shall eventually cause the Great Tribulation [which is Seal 5]... which shall have to be shortened by God with the Heavenly Signs [which is Seal 6]... which will occur JUST BEFORE JESUS RETURNS [which is Seal 7, the Day of the LORD -- which is what the book of Revelation is all about]!
