The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. I would suggest only buying an OE replacement pump, and changing the fuel filter again at the same time. I have read that the Astro is super sensitive to fuel pressure, so this may well be the problem, Neil Midgebuster Spares

Yes, you have to. Engine oil, engine filter, transmission fluid, transmission filter, differential fluid, coolant have to be replaced. Also you need to check all hoses. Rotate tires, check battery. Make alignment. Probably replace sparks and spark wires. Check brake fluid and stirring fluid. Replace air filter.

If the sparks came out of the socket, you should call an electrician. If the sparks came from the plug (the wire at the plug would be scorched or burned), the plug should be replaced. You can buy a similar plug at a hardware store, cut off the old plug, strip away some of the insulation covering the wires, and install the new plug using only a wire stripper/cutter and a screw driver. Or you could contact a local handy man to replace the plug for you.
