Have a Audi 2001 A4 wont start changed spark plugs checked fuses Should I check relay switch and if so where is it located Or could it be fuel pump located in the trunk and how do you check that?

I have been told that if you disconnected and reconnected the battery a code gets set that prevents the vehicle from starting ? You have to use a cigarette lighter adapter to maintain voltage to the computer or take it into a dealership who can reset the computer code .
I can't swear by that answer, but its worth a call to a real mechanic to ask.

look at the ground wire it should be black Also check the fuse Have your neutral safety switch checked. If you don't have any bad fuses and you've changed the bulbs, most likely it's your neutral safety switch. It's located on your transmission.
