The numbers probably aren't important, but the manufacturer, trade name, and/or model ID are before we can give you any information. Is it a muzzle-loading or breech-loading gun? And are the hammers behind the barrels or mounted on the sides?
It is worth what ever the market will bear.
50-100 dollars
Are the hammers on the back of the lock or on the sides? The first is probably a shooter worth $100 - $200 depending on condition. The second is a wall decoration with about the same value.
Yes, there are several. Most revolvers do not have (or need) a safety. Lever action rifles and guns with external hammers usually did not have safeties.

The value depends on the condition of the gun. The price can be anywhere from 50 dollars to 150 dollars.
There are many types of hammers for different uses. There are ball point hammers, claw hammers, sledge hammers, club hammers, mallets, and other assorted types.
