Belgian proofs on an Ender's Royal Service double barrel 12 gauge shotgun would typically consist of various proof marks, such as the ELG in an oval indicating Liege proof and possibly additional marks like a crown over a letter, which denote the inspector's mark. You have a double-barreled shotgun manufactured by crescent firearms for worthington hardware stores marked worthington special what's special about this gun the serial is 65438 thanks?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

The "Special" designation on the shotgun likely refers to it being a higher-grade model with extra features or embellishments compared to standard versions. Its serial number 65438 indicates that it was produced by Crescent Firearms, a well-known manufacturer of firearms in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. However, specific details about the features of this particular shotgun would require further research or examination by a firearms expert.

Do they make bullets for a enders royal service 12 G double barrel?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

That should be a shotgun, and it will shoot 12 gauge shotshells or slugs, available at any sporting goods store and most department stores. You should check with a gunsmith to determine chamber size. It may also be marked on the barrels, or underneath them, as to chamber length. Some older 12 gauge take shells that are 2-9/16" long. Most modern ones are 2-3/4", and some will take 3". Each length chamber will take any shorter length shell as well.

What is the value of a Leader Gun Co 16 gauge shotgun serial number 380888?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Value of any gun is based on exact make, model and condition- without all 3, we can't even get in the ballpark for an answer. The Baker Gun company made a side by side under the Leader name, but values vary depending on damascus or steel barrels. Sorry, but you need to visit a gun shop or gun show for a hands-on appraisal of your sshotgun. Please note- EARLY 16 g guns did NOT fire the 2 3/4 inch shells in use today, and are dangerous if they are fired. EVEN IF AN UNFIRED SHELL FITS.

What is the antique value of Danial Boone 1930 20 gauge E6216 double barrell shotgun?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Without seeing it, I would guess that the antique value is nonexistant. The name "Danial Boone" is unrelated to the American frontiersman and is only there to sell the shotgun. It is possible that the gun is American manufacture (Crescent City made thousands of inexpensive shotguns with every name brand you could imagine) or it could be a Spanish or Belgian shotgun. In any case, it is not a Purdy or Winchester or other brand which would command "antique" value. If the gun functions, it would be considered a field piece and could be worth a few hundred dollars. If it is worn out, it is a wall hanger and would not be worth the cost of restoration.
