in the door jam
The vin # should be on the frame. Or on the inside door jam.
On the firewall.
Left front corner of dash, drivers door jamb,...
Yes, all ya gotta do is open the door and check the VIN.... Repo men are just not allowed to open a locked door.... We can and do open the door there is no criminal intent and as long as there is not damage to the car there is no reason to complain. Also there are other places to find the vin# on a car besides the dash. A car must be correctly identified before a repossession agent can secure the vehicle. Whether it's by the VIN off the dash or not, it can be repossessed even if the VIN is covered on the dash.
lower left corner on dash or on Driver's Door.
it should be on the dash in the drivers front corner and also on the door sticker on the drvers door
On top of the dash on the drivers side under the windshield. On my 72 Valiant Scamp, the plate on the top of the dash only states "Chrysler Corporation". The VIN is located on the inside of the driver's door adjacent to the door jamb.
The frame of the drivers door and the dash at the base of the windshield on the drivers side.
On drivers door . also on the dash, look through the windshield.
It is on the drivers side dash just as you open door its by the window defrost vent:)
Open the drivers door and on the end of the door ( or the latch pillar ) is an information sticker that includes the VIN or if you look through the front windshield , from outside , there is a metal plate on top of the dash ( at the bottom of the windshield ) on the drivers side that shows the VIN
