If asked this question in an interview he answer is always "Yes, everyone is asked to do things they don't agree with, I am no different."
Now the part that gets the points ...
"But every time I am asked to do something like this I evaluate it on it's merits. If the only disagreement is that I have never done it that way, and the proposed way is as good - I'll try it. If the proposal is to make the something conform to policies and procedures I am not aware of, I will do it that way. If the proposal is to do something immoral, dishonest or unethical, I will walk away from it."
There will be a response "Even if it costs you your job?"
Your response, "I've got to live with myself ... there are other jobs."
