Yes, I have. In fact, most people do. But, as with any difficult social situation, the solution is tolerance and honesty.
If your colleagues are doing things that annoy or disturb you, decide how serious the situation really is. Try to solve the important issues you have with kindness and humility; talk to them nicely about it. They will respect you for it. If they are unwilling to negotiate, take up the issue with an impartial third person; a supervisor or counselor, perhaps.
