by all means yes. If your a guy you should probably find out the reasons for you guys breaking up. Once you've done that go and talk to her and if she completly refuses you go home. The thing about relationships is that they're over once they've ended. You have to make her impressed and want you for something else besides what you did last time. Once you get rid of the old memories with a new relationship she will want to talk to u.
If your a girl, go up and talk to him, he wants to be with you sooo bad he won't do anything to stop himself. I know this because i'm a guy. Just be strait about it, say you want to get back together, he will probably agree.
