There is a lack of information here, that makes it hard to say for sure, but in general, it does not sound good.
By the phrasing, it sounds as if he is still in the same town as you. If that is the case, and you haven't seen him in two months, he does not love you in the sense that most of us would understand the term. With the standard disclaimer that maybe he is laid up in Intensive Care with a horrific flesh eating virus with a 99 percent communicabilty rate and he is keeping you safe by not telling you!
Perhaps though, he is out of town, and you just didn't mention that. If so, he might love you. Depends on how good the reason is for him being away. If he is working a new job, waiting to have the money saved to move you out to him, that is one thing. Or maybe he's working that job temporarily, and can't wait to come home to you.
But you say he is losing patience on the calls...how frequent are the calls? Daily is good, if there is love. Less is bad.
On the other hand, and again assuming the best reasons for him being temporarily away, are you pressuring him? That can affect things. Guys want to talk of good things and/or plans, not rehash how lousy things are apart for the umpteenth time.
It boils down then, to this:
IF he is away for good reasons, and IF it is temporary, and IF he is either coming back or moving you out, and further IF the calls are daily, and lastly IF the only reason he is losing patience is for you nagging him about things he can't change...then and only then, would I say he loves you - and that you should not pressure him any more.
Should any of those things not be the case, he probably doesn't love you.
Unfortunately she has moved on and so should you.
