Hot body tempertures are mainly caused by two factors. One is that your body is fighting off an infection and the other is that you are overexerting yourself on a hot day and suffering from an electrolyte imbalance because you are dehydrated. The first case may require medical intervention; running a fever if you have a flu. The other is life-threatening and requires immediate medical attention. Many athletes die every year because they push their bodies beyond safe limits during heavy exertion and hot weather.

Shivering is a kind of involuntary shaking movement of the muscle during the recovery or recuperation of certain amount of a temperature (about body temperature) after temperature dissipation. Consequently, body shivers to gain back the stable body temperature. I hope this explains understood well. I love YOE DERBOY.
