No, thank you.
"was having charging system problem so alternator was replaced now car keeps flooding and won`t fire.
there should never be oil in the carb. if there is then you have a problem. have you tipped the motor on its side on the carb side?
to get more air in to the carb, rather than having to come in from the front of the vehicle, it goes through the blower to the carb
No, not unless it was an extremely large amount.
I have a 2003 honda recon 4 wheeler. I thought I was having float issues with the Carb. I ordered a carb kit. Having the same issues. Problem, when cranking the motor over fuel squirts out of the small brass tubes that lay flat on the bottom of the carb, this is where the air filter would hook up. I have triple checked that the float is shutting off and I am certain that this is not my problem. In order to make it fire and run I have to screw the idle screw? almost all the way in, it will fire and run but it revs up and down, if I give it some throttle then it cuts out and dies, like it is then starving for fuel, I have tried to adjust the only other adjusting needle that is located on the bottom of the carb, it doesn't seem to make any difference where I adjust it? I am wondering if it might be something else besides carb problems? Like valves or whatever??Please help, thank you
I am having the same problem. Did you figure it out? I think it might be in the air adjustment. I just haven't tried it yet.
Carb adjustment or computer problem depending on equipment and year
you did not say if was carb but if so spray pump in the carb is a good place to start
what if you are having problem passing stools
Adjust your carb, otherwise, it's a problem with gas getting to the carb while accelerating.
carb problem my guess would be accelerator pump or stuck power valves in carb.
