Headlight problem in your 2003 Saturn view your Daytime running lamps don't' work and your passenger's side headlight is out Drivers side and highbeams work What if the DRL idicator flickers as well?

If the DRL's flicker, then go out, It's likely the BCM. My 2002 SL2 had the same issue.
On my 03 Vue, I have found that every time a low beam burns out, the good bulb and the DRl light on the dash flash repeatedly upon putting it in gear and then it will shut the good bulb off untill the bad bulb is replaced. After that they operate as normal.
