Hello im 16 and standing at 6'3 280 pounds and i am 7inches down their will get bigger in time or if i lose weight the news said if you lose 35lbs it will grow an inch bigger?

7 inches is pretty big. you should be happy with what you have. i really doubt the news said a 35 lb weight loss would result in a gain of 1 inch. it might look bigger to you, because your belly would be smaller and thus you would see more of it, but it wouldn't actually grow. 7 inches is quite a lot. no worries!
