I have same problem. In this state (NY) we decide to punish rather than help. We pleaded with the courts to help us help our 20 year old son with 2 DWI's, but no help or referrals. What is this country terming into?
Your parents are responsible for you until you reach the age of majority. Which means they decide where you live. In Florida that is the age of 17 With out Parents Permission
