definitely a stud, they're easier to sleep in, talk on the phone, and they cant be easily ripped out, accidently, you can get much more sizes, shapes and colours, that's why the peircer will recommend a stud, usually a la Bret.
See a professional body piercer to ensure you are getting the correct jewellery and you have it put in without doing any damage to the piercing.
too tight
Yes
yes
It might. If you intend to keep a hoop in it, then it shouldn't affect it. If you intend to wear studs, you might have to bend them so as not to irritate the piercing though.
On many hoops, there is a catch; feel for it and slowly pull it out. Ease the hoop out through the hole.
It's called a lip piercing
Take it back to the shop
you should use a stud
it depends what you think it cool.
in my opinion a hoop is better because it doesn't hurt as much as a stud. the hoop makes it easier to sleep on and talk on the phone with its also less painful well i think definitely a stud cause it doesnt get caught in things and obviously is near impossible to get ripped out by accident, if usibng approprite size, but don't use ones too small as if played with they can got through the hole... and it hurts!
A lip ring is a piece of jewelry that goes in a lip piercing. It's usually a hoop.
Got my cartilage pierced 4 months ago. I had a keloid, so I switched from the surgical steel that they pierced it with, to gold. It's a hoop. Red and swollen. Keloid is gone and there is no puss. Is it still healing and just irritated? Or could the hoop be too tight?
