Heracles is named after the goddess Hera in Greek mythology, but in Roman mythology her name is Juno so where does the name Hercules come from?

Updated: 11/9/2022

In the Greek myth he was named that specifically to protect him from Hera's wrath. It didn't work, but it's still part of the story.
