Just eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Never skip eating breakfast, because then you will be hungrier later in the day. Don't buy lunch at school either if you can help it. They are extremely unhealthy. Instead, pack a thermos of soup. Bring a bag of carrots or an apple that you can eat as a snack a little before lunch so you aren't as hungry. But, by the way you are completely healthy. I grew a few inches when i was 15, so just wait and when you grow taller and keep the same weight you will be just like them!
