Hi i am 44 years old i have found 2 lumps in my throat and your throat inside is swollen what could this be?

If you mean that your tonsils are swollen then you probably have strep! If you want more informtion go to your doctor and ask of he/she can check your throat for ulcers.Ulcers are the effests of many viruses usually herpes or strep. It is usually uncommon to have strep though. I know this first hand.
