Hi my fighting fish is almost 2 years old and lately has stopped to swim It stays most of the time on the bottom of the fish ball without moving like if the tail was too heavy to let it swim Why?

If your Betta was fully grown when you got him he was already around 6 months old. A Betta is in its prime at 12 to 18 months and then it declines into old age at around 2 years or so. Given the poor and tiny conditions most Bettas are kept in, they usually die at about 2 years old.
