There is no evidence to suggest that Hitler gave crosses to mothers with 6 or more children. The Nazi regime did institute a program called the Mother's Cross, which awarded medals to German mothers for their contributions to the Aryan race. However, this medal was given based on the number of children a woman had, not specifically 6 or more.

This loan was not to be simply paid back. The birth of one child meant that 25% of the loan did not have to be paid back. Two children meant that 50% of the loan need not be paid back. Four children meant that the entire loan was cleared. And the system of awarding the Motherhood Cross was also instituted. The Motherhood Cross was in the form of a coin with a woman and a baby on it.
