If you don't take note of where the selected location is when the download starts, You may use the search function under your Start button on the left. Type in as much info about the file that you know and do a search for it. If you do not know what the name of the file is, try going back to the web site you originally got the file from and try downloading again, you do not have to actually download the file just bring it to the point where it asks which folder to save to and then take note of that location. (IE always defaults to the last location selected). In the future before downloading create a folder on your desktop and then do the download to this folder and from that point on IE will always default to this same folder so you will always know where your downloads are.

The .exe file you can download is the file you use to play it no matter if you are premium or not. As you create your account at first you will be non-premium, but if you pay for the game, your account will get the "premium-status" and a lot more features will be unlocked (ie multiplayer)
