First ensure that you have the latest version of IE by visiting Windows Update. If you have the latest updates then within IE, click upon 'Tools' and then upon 'Internet Options' and then upon 'Privacy' wherein please check the block to block Pop Ups. If you choose to accept some Pop Up invasions you may allow exceptions by going further within to 'Settings'. Additional tools are available by choosing IE7 Pro at Microsoft.com.
