Home AV equipment is designed for 110vAC. A car runs on 12vDC. That disparity is your primary concern. After that home AV, at least good quality ones, are much larger than their car cousins. However, it is entirely feasible. But why would you want to?
Expensive.
Home Amps require 120V AC power source. You will need a power inverter capable of running the amp that is run from the car battery (12V DC). Car Speakers are rated at different Ohms and Watts then home Stereo Speakers so using a home amp will fry your car speakers.
Best to get a car amplifier that is made to run off the stereo power your speakers.
You can mount your car amplifier in the back floor or in the trunk.
The Kicker ZX300.1 Subwoofer Car Amplifier is great.
Just ground the stereo to a pipe for your water line or something. But if I'm not mistaken you may need an amplifier/inverter to run a car deck off of power supplied to a home. It has to do with the Voltage or amps I think. I wouldn't know the
No you cannot house amps use 120 volt ac car amps use 12 volt dc
Depends on the output of the amplifier.
No.
Yes. An amplifier can be added and intergrated into your system.
Sony has the best car amplifier on the market. These are typically more expensive as well.
The point of a car amplifier is the make music sound better, so in most cases all amplifier make music sound better.
You can expect to spend around $200 for an intergrated amplifier.
Depends, Self powered or not? home or car? XLR or RCA? Speakon or TRS JAck? or simple speaker cable.
The ideal size amplifier for a car is between 80 and 100 watts, otherwise if the consumer wanted more sound or more amps the amplifier must be larger watts capacity.
