Straight commision!!! You are responsible for your leads. I have been here for two months and made a total of $40 on commision...they pay minimum wage for training in the first six weeks. All their salesmen are starving, no matter what they tell you. It really, really sucks.
ADDED by another member:I had to work there a year and couldn't quit as my wife got laid off and we needed the health insurance to cover her existing conditions. I made less than 10K/year after you factor in having to pay all your own expenses. 7 day a week job and 9-10 hours a day. I was micro managed to the extreme they treated everyone like adolescences, low pay, long hours and few if any nights or weekends off, all this combined of course resulted in extreme turnover.
There is no such thing as a typical sales commission on anything. This is something that has to be determined between sales person and company hiring the sales person to make sales.
Any type of business that is in business to make sales would use sales reports as a way to show the amount of sales being brought in and other statistics about the sales.
Absolutely! We do this all the time. Taking this action will actually increase your credit scores. However, make sure that if you spend money on your home that you have to borrow that it is for things that update the home, maintain it or help its sales value.
You should contact a Realtor who specializes in Short Sales so they can negotiate your situation with your bank to stop the foreclosure.
