The jungle maze is a pain. There are a few different routes, but all of them are annoyingly twisty. It really helps to have a telescope so you can look around you and see where to go. If you really need to get through quickly, rent a Pegasus if you can get to the Cloud Isles and you have $1,000,000 to spend. That way, you can fly over the trees.
To reach Nilan, you will need to go through the maze. Stand on the sign, dismount your horse, and walk:
1 up.....3 left.....2 up.....5 right.....1 down.....4 right.....5 up-.....2 left.....2 down.....2 left.....
2 up.....1 left.....2 up.....2 left.....4 down.....2 left.....6 up.....6 right.....3 up
you go up and around the big flower maze and theres a entrance go in and you start off and theres a few dead ends but youll figure out how to get to the middle.
There is no Jungle Isle maze. It may seem like it, but there is no single planned path; just a lot of trees.
