First I had to control my anger so I started to do Arts and Crafts I started to do something to keep myself busy I got out of the house I spent more time with my kids on activities and you can take like some medication that can help with your brain activity to alter your moods to a happy mood mindset I take medications for panic and anxiety disorder and I also take a depression one that didn't stop me from missing him and angry with him because it was absolutely no reason why he left me and I was blaming myself I was like I'm not good enough I did this I did that but the thing is is it was his loss you know tell yourself you're worthy good you found the wrong person and you're going to find the correct person I always say and I say to myself give yourself time to heal get yourself together put yourself your life in a spot that you are very stable and happy in everything is on track and then you will find the girl who is on that same path and y'all will mesh and I think that that would be the best answer I can give I wish you the best I'm still dealing with mine.
