how does mount Everest get its snow if the clouds are under IT?

It's not above ALL the clouds. Some snow clouds can get up as high as 45,000 feet, more than enough to snow on top of Everest at only 29,032 feet. The top of Mount Everest is over MOST of the clouds. if this didn't work then ask google
