Yes, you can typically shower at the gym after your workout.
There are many places to find total gym workout routines. Magazines like 'Shape' and 'Muscle and Fitness' have great workout routines to follow, and sites like 'Golds Gym' online have great routines too.
I am sorry to hear about your problem but perhaps you should just try a gym workout at your local gym. If you do not want to go to the gym for workouts, perhaps the following will give you some ideas about workouts at your home: www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/main.html
You can find gym workout routines by searching online or asking for help at the gym. There are many to choose from so try new ones every day or every few days.
It depends on your level. At my gym, we have competetiors in levels 4-8 and depending on their level they workout from 3 days a week to 6 days a week at the gym. Times vary from 3 hours a day to about 6.5 hours a day. It all depends on your schedule, level, gym, coach, and how much you think you can handle.

I would suggest that you start with a DVD workout and see how you get along with that. It's way cheaper than gym membership, and as long as you are motivated you should get good results from using it (and at a fraction of the cost of a gym workout)
You may want to check it out yourself or ask locals instead. Even if the deals of that gym are cheap, it doesn't guarantee the workout plans or the machines they have are good.
going to the gym,daily.
