SPARK PLUGS ARE NOW PRE SET AT MANUFACTURE. THE GAP SHOULD BE 0.7MM. BUY NEW ONES AND THEY ARE SET CORRECTLY.
This happend to me... It could just be a bad conection.

4, you can always find this out for any car by having a look under the bonnet and counting the HT leads! *NB - HT leads are the leads from your coil pack which disappear into the engine, which provide power to the spark plugs.
Check connections on the coil packs, the cover can sometimes interfere with the wiring. If not check spark plugs and connections from the coil packs to the plugs, the plugs are situated underneath the cover which has 16V cast on to it (the rear cover) the other cover is a camshaft cover. Failing that it could possibly be an ecu problem.
I had this problem and it was broken solder on the timing circuit board for the glow plugs
