How Blackbirds have adapted?

In the UK Blackbirds are one of the most common garden bird species. They have adapted from a life living in the country, to a life living in town and city gardens. We might not think of our gardens as anything special, but for a blackbird it has everything it needs:- food (both natural and on bird tables), water, shelter made from the things we plant and it is considerably warmer than life in the countryside. Our gardens might not be huge, but if we were to take an ariel view, they are just a little piece of a much bigger habitat, one which is perfect for the blackbirds needs.
