let 'em wear hats . . . I have never known a hat or a hat wearer to be any more or less violent than non-hat wearers. Hats don't kill people, people kill people.
Please keep in mind that this is one opinion and others may have different opinions. In my opinion, schools could make what they teach more relevant and meaningful to students. Standardized tests could be dropped, allowing local communities to have more control over their schools. Teachers could involve students more in hands-on activities.

They are being used to monitor the location of a student on campus, so that as long as they are on the campus, they are counted as there even if they are not in the class room, allowing the schools to keep up the budget which is attached to attendance.
schools revere sports to encourge the students to be a good sportsment and that if they never give up they can be a star player and if u keep on practicing and practing u will get better as u play the sport.
Because school that have activities tend to challenge the students which makes the students work harder to keep their grades up. If grades aren't kept up then the students are taken out or suspended from performances or other fun activities. Schools that provide these activities also give students places to show their talent and express themselves.

Different schools have different regulations on this. Some will give students birth control after a pelvic exam. Some schools sorta just hand it out. Others will need parental consent. If you can, ask your guidance counselor. He/she will answer in a direct way and keep it confidential.
