Everyone has their own method, but I simply sit down (if a chair is available) and tilt my neck back as far as I can. With my pointer finger and thumb I hold my eyelids open as wide as I can. Once I am comfortable I put the drops in.
If you have a hard time with blinking, simply look away and put the drops in. As soon as you do this immediately close your eyes and move them around so the drops spread around the entire eye.
