-Find the Bell Frame in the Windmill at Horn Ranch.

- Unlock Fugue Forest

-Go through Fugue Forest until you get to the swap at the end

-Meet the frog in the Witch's house

-Speak with the Wizard

-Gather the ingredients the Wizard asked you to get:

Good Cornmeal, Perfect Butter, Hibiscus.

-Bring the ingredients to the Wizard and he will turn the Witch back to normal

-She will give you the Green Bell

-Bring the Bell back to it's correct Bell Frame
