To unlock the Unicorn rename an exhibit Xanadu. To unlock the Evil Penguin, make a penguin exhibit and then put a zebra in the exhibit, the penguin will kill the zebra and it will become faster. To get the mermaid make an empty tank and put a mermaid statue in it.
