Music as it pertains to life is quite simple. It is only a way to express yourself and in some cases a way to learn how to express yourself.
The way I look at this, music can be used in many different ways. Our ear is directed to it; it likes the sound. Some music can be hurtful to man kind diffrent ears and diffrent kinds of sounds. That's why some like rock , some like classical, and so on..

∙ 14y agoMusic is connected to the soul. Most people when the go through a break-up they listen to depressing music, or break-up songs. When your in a happy mood you listen to good, pump up music like pop, or techno.

∙ 15y agoIn Vermont, there is a 8th/7th grade science fair being held. I am one of those kids who is doing an experiment, and i am trying to figure out whether music affects people moods and heartrate, and why. I have the assuption that maybe sometimes a song that a certain person listens to triggers a memory and creats an emotion behind that. But i also not sure. So i am asking you for your opinion and for you to tell me what you know. So please, if you have any information on this subject, leave it here, and i will thank you for your assistance.

∙ 13y agoOf course! When I listen to happy up beat songs it makes me feel way better... But when I listen to depressing music it makes me wanna cry.. When I'm angry I listen to metal and screamo..So yeah it does make your emotions diffrent.

The results have shown that Classical Music shows in the higher brain waves and music like rap shows in the lowest brain waves. This affects mood, learning, and emotional responses.
