The rear bumper cover is held onto the frame by 4 bolts. They have a 13 mm head, and are accessed from under the van. They thread directly into the back of the bumper cover, therefore no nuts to worry about. The rounded edges of the bumper cover slide over a pin, so when the 4 bolts are removed, the bumper cover can be pulled straight off.
This is a relatively easy endeavor. Simply tie a steel cable abound the rear bumper and the other end to a telephone pole. Put the car in drive and floor it. The bumper will rip off allowing much easier access to the bumpuer cover. Next use a sawsall and hack off the bumper cover. Presto, you are done.
