If a person takes the Shahada (believing there is no God but Allah (swt) and Muhammad (pbuh) is his Messenger) they become a Muslim and all sins are forgiven and they become like a baby. their past history is gone and they start fresh inshallah.
The Best thing would be to get this girl to go to a mosque where an Islamic leader can guide he through the process. tell her don't by shy as Islam has open arms for anyone who wants to be guided. Any Islamic leader will be more then happy to help.
Allah (swt) knows best.
The is no such thing as conversion to Hinduism. One can "be" a Hindu by simply following Hindu traditions and rituals. Read scriptures such as the Vedas, the Bhagavad Gita and etc.
If we accept the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as I believe we should, then yes. Christians, Muslims and people of all religions are free to convert to Hinduism if they wish, and the reverse. Article 18 says:"Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance."
As per Islamic law, you have free will and full choice to select the belief that you are convinced in. No Muslim is forced to remain Muslim if he/she selects to convert from Islam to another religion or to no religion. Islam assures your free will to have the beliefs that you are convinced in.
Quran says (English meaning translation):
"There is no compulsion in religion..."(Quran, Chapter 2, Verse 256)
The word Hinduism is extracted from the river Indus (Hindu in Sanskrit). Hinduism is the name of a civilization, not a religion.
Hence, Hinduism or Sanatana Dharma is not a Religion per se, but 'A way of life'. People can simply lead this 'way of life' to follow Hinduism and pray to God.
Point to note before converting to Hinduism:
Also, if you do not want any legal documents supporting your conversion, you can simply lead a Hinduism's way of life even being a Muslim.
no
AnswerThe Quran says there is no compulsion in religion, so there is no compulsion to remain a Muslim. The question then is whether he would be accepted by the Hindu faith, and the answer is yes. Of course, in real life there are those who would persecute a former Muslim and this can be a practical restriction on conversion, depending on where the convert lives.Yes. If you need a supporting document then you may have to get help from Arya Samay, else you can follow the Hinduism's path of life being a Muslim. Hinduism accepts all the religions.
You should convert for the sake of Allah and not for the sake of marriage
By marrying a Hindu , like many muslim women are doing these years.
Yes!
No, because the Muslim woman should not marry a non-Muslim man. If the woman does marry a Hindu, the marriage would not be legal according to the religion's law.
She can not do hajj when her marriage is forbidden in Islam
Generally Hindu woman wear Bindi on their forehead. So we can identify them. Muslim woman wear mask.
As long as she converted to Islam they should accept her. p.s. A Muslim man can marry a Muslim or a Christian or a Jew woman, but not a woman from any religion other than those three.
NO!! if you get married to a Hindu and if you are a MUSLIM WOMAN, you are NOT A MUSLIM ANYMORE!!
A Muslim woman can only be married to a Muslim man.
You shouldn't be gay. You have to apply for a marriage certificate and then get the medical report from doctors, and also, you have to have a paper that you haven't been married. And keep in mind that you will do NIKAH too.
Islam is passed through the male line, so in many cases Muslim women will ask Non-Muslim boyfriends to convert to Islam before marrying them. There is nothing wrong with a Muslim woman marrying a convert to Islam within Islamic Law or Custom. However, Muslim women will often object to marrying a man who will not convert to Islam since the children of the marriage will be Non-Muslims.
No. A Muslim can not marry a Hindu - under any circumstances - until the Hindu renounces their belief and becomes a Muslim, a Jew or a Christian (those who believe in the One God of Abraham). No
Not in a Muslim country
The relevant citation in the Qur'an in Surat Ma'ida, below. It is worth noting that a Non-Muslim woman DOES need to convert to Islam to marry a Muslim if she is not a Jew or Christian (i.e. those who were given the Scripture before you). So a Hindu or Buddhist woman does need to convert to Islam. It is also worth noting that the reverse is not true, i.e. a Jewish or Christian man cannot marry a Muslim woman. Q 5:5: (Sahih International): And [lawful in marriage are] chaste women from among the believers and chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you, when you have given them their due compensation, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse or taking [secret] lovers.
Of course. This is the usual and basic marriage rule.
