this is real fun. first get to operating temp then remove fan shroud and fan then power steering pump just set it off to side then use timing light to check timing you have to remove all this because you cant see the marks cause the cowl is in the way.

First fix whatever the problem is. That alone oughta turn the light off. Otherwise, either disconnect the battery for a minute or so, or remove the 15A EFI fuse #12 in the engine compartment fuse box for a minute or so.
