Terror birds went extinct about 2 million years ago. This was probably a result of the new carnivore species such as saber toothed cats, wolves, etc moving into South America and out competing them for food.

∙ 13y agoNearlly 10000 years ago when the Saber tooth cats started to dominate the feeding grounds of the Killer Birds, They started to starved as a result of lack of food because packs of cats rarley let them hunt.
