To add a program to the start up menu, simply select and drag the item. Usually, an option to pin the item to the start up menu is presented upon uploading.

you first go to the start menu then search up add or remove hardware. \

You may have to many programs in start up. Go to Start Menu--->Run--->Type msconfig--->Click on Start Up Tab And Uncheck program you don't want at start up,but make sure you know what the program is.!

click on start menu then go to settings and click on control panel then cick on add or remove programs. it will bring up a list of programs installed on your computer. click on the program you want to delete and click uninstall or remove.
All u have to do is drag a program from the START MENU down to the TASK BAR
