You're probably sick of hearing this by now, but you can only lose weight with exercise and healthy eating. Do not try starving yourself or going on a diet because honestly diets are a load of crap. You can exercise even in little amounts by taking the stairs instead of the lift, getting off your bus one stop early and walking the rest, or walk instead of taking the car on short journeys! And healthy eating isn't that hard, just be aware of how much fats, salts, calories etc. are in stuff, but don't get to obsessed with checking labels.
The average weight for an 11 year old girl is from 80-90 pounds. Yes she does need to loose some weight! Maybe a stone.

a fifteen year old girl would have to eat about 1200 calories.she should be drinking tons of water and getting about an hour of exercise.if that girl is doing high intensity exercise,she should do forty minutes.good luck trying to lose that stone!with proper exercise and calorie intake you can do it girl!
