How accurate is a conception date that the doctor gives you because I am trying to juggle who the father of my child is i had intercourse a week and a half apart?

It's impossible to be right on the nose and if per chance it does happen it's a wild guess. A doctor can guess approximately 2 - 3 weeks. Unfortunately in your case having sex with two different partners in such a short period of time you won't know the father of baby without a DNA test.
