Paige Davis is married. Her husband is Patrick Page. Good thing she chose to keep her maiden name.
You can always cash a check that is issued in your maiden name or your old married name. You can carry proof that you are indeed the person to whom the check was issued (A marriage certificate with your old married name on it) and visit the bank and explain them the situation. They will be able to cash the check for you.
You will be able to use whatever last name you'd like, as long as your spouse is in agreement with the decision.
your only able to have one last name, however, if you are a girl, is getting married, and would like to keep your last name, you are able to do that. unless you are polygamist (which is becoming legal) you can have up to 8 because of all the wives you have to share your name with
Yes. Why wouldn't you be able to?
Since it is the name on your birth certificate (most likely) you do not need to legally change anything. You just need to contact any business or utility that has your last name as your married name and make them aware of the change if you would not like to get mail or other documents with the old name. I live in MD (maybe the laws are different here) and I changed back to my maiden name (which is on my birth certificate) after being divorced for 20 years. Since I didn't choose to change back when I got the divorce, I had to file a petition for change of name with the county court. It took 3 months and cost about $125.00. Then I was able to change my name on my driver's license, social security card and bank account, etc.

No-oo-oo. The only clue we get to her maiden name is when Darrin meets Endora and asks what her last name is. She merely cackles and says "You'll never be able to pronounce it."
I have not been able to find Jim Morris' wife's maiden name. Her name is Lorri and she works in admissions at Angelo State University.
No! I don't know of any state that will let you change your name while on parole. He is of legal age, so he can change his name, this will however not change his criminal record. His biggest hurdle appears being able to pay for the legal change, which could cost over $100.
You should consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction who should be able to tell you if the agreement was nullified by the change in circumstances, i.e., marriage. Agreements between married couple are generally called prenuptial agreements.
