Islamic beliefs differ from Catholic beliefs in that we, the Catholics, profess a Faith that has a Triune God (One God in three Persons) as the One and Only True God.

Catholics:

We believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen.

Islam:

La ilaha il' Allah, Muhammadan Rasoulu Allah Translated, this means, "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah."

Both Faiths had prophets; however, Christianity is the only one of the two faiths in which God Himself came to earth to reveal the Faith.

Catholics have the Only Faith delivered by God himself in person. The True Faith.

The Muslim beliefs don't differ from the original/pure beliefs revealed to holy Christ (May peace and blessings of Lord be upon him). It was much later that certain beliefs were incorporated into Christianity by the Councils held under different Christian Kings. There is a hell of difference between what the Christan beliefs are and what the Christians practice. Unfortunately, this is also true in the case of some of the so-called Muslims.

Christian beliefs are Catholic beliefs, unless you are using the word "Christian" incorrectly to refer to protestants and exclude Catholics, in which case you would need to ask that question.
