Anaphylaxis is a serious and rapid allergic reaction. It is mainly caused by food or medicinal allergy. The onset is so rapid that in some case it can lead to death. Best way is to avoid such food or medicine when you first encounter them. Some anthistamines medications help alleviate such anaphylaxis symptoms.
