ISIL is hitting numerous communities in central Iraq quite hard, executing officials and local leaders with whom it does not agree and forcing hundreds of thousands of people to flee their homes for religious reasons. Those who can get out are doing so and those who cannot are trying to hang their heads low and pray for a miracle.
