There is no incan alphabet in hieroglyphics. The Incans had no writing system. They used knotted strings of different colors, but there are only 600 examples of this in existence, and most refer only to numbers.

Hieroglyphics is the name we give to Egyptian symbol writing. The Phoenicians invented their own simplified writing system based on alphabetic symbols which represented sounds. This simplified writing and was copied and modified by the Greeks and Romans, and forms the basis of today's alphabets.
By this time it consisted of about 700 symbol's that stood for words or syllable's about 1400b.c.,the Phoenicians had developed 22 simple characters for the entire writing system. Each character stood for a consonant.* Later,the Greeks added vowels to the Phoenician alphabet.
